We use the latest technologies to give traders seamless access to our proprietary trading platforms. We are currently seeking a Head of Operations to join our team in Dubai. This pivotal role will be integral to a new business line, focused on funded trader programs. We specialize in offering pioneering evaluation programs and challenge accounts to aspiring traders and providing funding to those who successfully pass our evaluation process. This program provides a platform to traders where they can showcase their talent and potential and those who pass our challenges can earn healthy profit splits. With a focus on transparency, fairness, and support, we are dedicated to helping traders achieve their financial goals and succeed in the competitive world of trading. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven individual with a strong technology and automation focus. They will have a background in global platform innovations, and process automation. In this role, you will be the driving force for all operational and process matters across the business line including working collaboratively with the global Client services, KYC, onboarding and payments teams. Key Responsibilities :
Take on a leadership role in spearheading the development and execution of the funded trader program. Continuously assess and improve program offerings to drive scalability and sustainability. Collaborate with the technology team to integrate and optimize systems and tools that enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with the client services, onboarding, treasury, and various internal teams to drive success. Ability to implement real time product and platform connectivity updates based on client risk profiling and trading behavior analysis. Understand and adapt existing processes and technologies to fully comply with the regional requirements. Coordinate and implement operational reporting processes; establishing KPIs and roadmaps to measure performance and growth. Knowledge of various bridge providers and tech platforms and a deep understanding of FX business needs.
Requirements :
Proven experience in a senior operations role within the fintech or financial services industry. Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. Proficiency in English is essential Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset. Strong networking and relationship-building skills * Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets
