Responsibilities:
Help with operational activities related to proper data management (input, updates) in internal HR system (SF) and to administration (preparation, proper approvals, signing and archiving) of employment-related documents”Handle requests of employees for HR issues, sick leaves, annual leave balances, confirmation letters, insurance, trainings and etc.Analyze HR data and provide reports to HR Director EasternSupport employees with Medical insurance claimsParticipate in regional and global projectsAssist in onboarding process of new hiresCoordinate with the assigned agencies to manage Employees Visa renewalsBe part of any other duties reasonably determined from time to time by the Company.
