Our client is a well-established food distribution
organization.
We are recruiting a UAE experienced Human Resources
Business Partner with deep working knowledge of UAE Labor Law to join their
Dubai head office.
The role is responsible for the entire employee life cycle
from recruitment through to offboarding.
Role Summary
- Develop and implement HR policies to build an engaged
workforce.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – job postings,
candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, job offers, visa
processing, onboarding and orientation.
- Labor & Immigration - process offer letters and manage
all aspects of employee employment visas and UAE Government requirements
including off boarding through to final settlement.
- Talent / performance management – manage probation and
annual performance review process - goal setting, performance evaluations, and
feedback ; collaborate with managers to identify development opportunities for
employees.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation
programs to integrate new employees seamlessly into the organization.
- Manage employee relations and provide support on HR-related
matters such as policies, benefits, and procedures; resolve conflicts; conduct
disciplinaries and grievances.
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities such as
team-building activities and recognition programs to create a positive
workplace culture and promote employee well-being.
- Payroll, medical insurance & compensation – manage
payroll, salary reviews, bonuses and medical insurance administration.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 7-10 years’ experience as a Human Resources generalist;
minimum 3 years’ UAEexperience in a
trading and distribution organization with deep working knowledge of UAE
recruitment, employee relations and UAE Labor Law.
- Experience in dealing with employee relations – provide
guidance to managers and employees to address concerns and conflicts.
- Experience of working with line managers to address
employee performance issues, identify skills gaps and training needs.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
Candidate Profile
- Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able
to live in Dubai.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and
employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Capable of maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of
employee information including salaries and benefits.
- Smart appearance, excellent communication skills with
competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all
levels of the company.
Education
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory, preferably in Human
Resources
