Inside Sales Representative Team Lead

Role Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Team Lead to join our growing sales department. The Inside Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing part of a business segment focused on retaining and growing the segment, driving sales performance, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets. You will lead an inside sales representatives with solid focus on understanding and addressing customer needs and strategically positioning our products and services for maximum impact You will help in retaining and driving customer loyalty as well as align cross-functional efforts to drive execution for your customers. Your responsibility includes building relationships with clients and ensuring cross-functional collaboration inside the organisation to accomplish segment goals You will be a key stakeholders within your segment driving growth in UAE, which is the largest region for the company

Key Responsibilities:



Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and execute a sales growth and retention strategy for the business segment in alignment with the country and business priorities, taking into account segment specific needs. Develop and implement your segment to drive share of wallet and product adoption, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives Monitor individual and team performance through regular performance reviews and coaching sessions Help drive cross functional efforts across sales, marketing, business analytics, pricing, product development and other functions to meet customer needs and to grow the business segment Lead the team in sales methodologies and practices, ensuring a focus on retaining maximum numbers of customers and execution excellence. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development Drive a climate of operational excellence and forecasting accuracy and predictability in revenue, ensuring top-down and bottom-up adoption Cultivate strong inter-departmental collaboration and processes to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient fulfilment of client requests Act as the escalation point for customer account management, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues Help your team drive contract negotiations and closure as needed, focusing on creating value for both the customer and the organisation Help drive and execute B2B events for your segment aimed at strengthening brand equity and utilise customer feedback and interactions as strategic opportunities for team coaching and development as well as product and marketing roadmaps.

Desired Qualifications:



Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Desired Experience:



Over 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Subscription sales and account management At least 3 years in a sales people management role Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data analytics for strategic decision-making Operational, product and project management experience would be a plus Understanding of the real estate industry would be a benefit
