Overview:

CØMPΛNIUM Hospitality is an executive search firm, working on the niche market of recruitment of managers and executives for luxury hotel groups and standalone high-end restaurant groups. On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Director of Marketing for three restaurants in the UAE, Dubai & Abu Dhabi. 

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to join the team of our client and oversee the marketing strategy for their restaurants in the UAE, on different locations. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end standalone restaurant marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth and increasing brand awareness.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the three restaurants and drive business growth
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
• Create and manage marketing budgets for each restaurant
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising, social media, email marketing, and events
• Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop promotions and special offers
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make adjustments as needed
• Manage relationships with external marketing agencies / PR agency etc
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local businesses and organizations to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our restaurants
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in restaurant marketing, worldwide and especially in the UAE
•  Report on marketing performance to senior management on a regular basis
  
• Develop the PR with influencers 
• Develop the social media
• Create special events to drive awareness and business

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant marketing, preferably in the UAE
• First experience in the industry of the standalone high-end restaurants
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and consumer behavior
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
• Experience managing a team and working with external agencies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Creative thinking and ability to identify new opportunities
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools
• Fluent in English
