Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns (traditional & digital channels), including budget allocation, creative development, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor marketing performance using data analytics tools and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop, execute and deliver the comprehensive marketing strategies (online / offline) and plans to achieve business objectives, including brand positioning and awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
  • Contribute to building brand reputation for various entities, by planning and executing various campaigns across digital channels and seeding content into social applications as needed, ensuring the content is visually appealing, on-brand, and resonates with the target audience.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs (if any), personalized marketing, and feedback mechanisms  


Skills

Preference

  • Strong understanding of the fashion and textile industry's dynamics and trends.
  •  Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft compelling, on-brand messages.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for design.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience of 8-10 years in 360-degree marketing, preferably in the fashion and textile

    industry.
