Charterhouse is working with an award winning multinational Architectural and Engineering group, which is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to be based in their Dubai Regional Headquarters. This role will work closely with the global team and will be responsible for defining the annual marketing strategy and executing creative campaigns across all channels.
About the role
The role will be heavily geared towards promoting the client’s service offerings and raising awareness of group activity including projects handled, consultant profile raising and latest company initiatives. This is a 360 role which will involve strategic planning, including the assignment of marketing spend within the assigned budget across various channels such as website, social media, events and traditional marketing. In addition, there will be a major focus on promoting a strong brand identity with consistent messaging across all marketing channels, creating campaigns and collateral which help to deliver business objectives.

About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have a bachelors in marketing or a related field alongside a minimum of 5 years’ experience in either a creative agency, handling relevant industry accounts or an architectural/engineering group. Strong preference will be given to those who have international exposure with prior experience of working with global teams. Our client is looking to hire an individual who can demonstrate strong experience and expertise in all aspects of marketing including; traditional marketing, digital, social media, PR, and event planning.
