  • Prepare technical reports, calculations, and documentation to support regulatory submissions, project proposals, and engineering change requests.
  • Provide technical support during pipeline construction, commissioning, and operation, assisting with field inspections, troubleshooting, and resolution of stress-related issues.
  • Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies in pipeline stress analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  •  7+ years of experience in pipeline stress analysis, preferably in the oil and gas industry with a focus on onshore pipeline operations.

  •  Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards, including ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, API 1104, and API 5L.
  •  Familiarity with geotechnical and soil-structure interaction principles is desirable.
  •  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex engineering data and make sound engineering judgments.
