Quantity Surveyor I Real Estate I Asset Development
Location: Dubai, AE Collaborate with senior quantity surveyors to estimate the costs of materials, labour, and equipment required for construction projects. Assist in analysing project specifications and drawings to determine the quantities of materials needed. Research and gather data on prices of materials and services to support cost estimation. Maintain accurate records of project costs, variations, and payments using project management software or spreadsheets. Assist in preparing and processing invoices, payment certificates, and other financial documentation. Ensure that all documentation complies with company procedures and contractual requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies governing construction projects. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to quantity surveying and cost management. Provide guidance and support to project teams on compliance-related matters as needed. Provide support to senior quantity surveyors or project managers by undertaking tasks delegated to them. Collaborate with other members of the project team to contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects. Seek guidance and mentorship from experienced colleagues to enhance professional development and performance.
