Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition [Emiratisation]

It operates its global Customer Experience Center in Dubai, UAE, its Engineering Hub in Krakow, Poland, and its Robotics Hub in Odense, Denmark. + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
+ Lead Emiratisation initiatives by actively engaging with diverse talent pools and fostering an inclusive recruitment process.
+ Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
+ Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for available positions.
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
+ Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating salary packages, and coordinating pre-employment checks.
+ Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, including candidate pipelines, interview outcomes, and time-to-fill metrics.
+ Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
+ Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition and recruitment.
+ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
+ Proven experience in Emiratisation or nationalization initiatives.
+ Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the Emirati community.
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Familiarity with recruitment technologies.
+ Knowledge of Emiratisation laws and regulations.
+ Fluency in English required
