Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive market research to identify new trading opportunities;
- Design and implement effective trading strategies based on your market research findings;
- Optimize existing strategies to enhance risk-adjusted returns and adapt to changing market conditions;
- Collaborate with colleagues to leverage diverse expertise in refining and optimizing strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Quantitative Research, with 2+ years specializing in HFT/MFT;
- The ability to demonstrate working strategies with a favorable Sharpe ratio;
- Exceptional quantitative and mathematical skills, adept problem-solving;
- Proficient in programming languages like C/C++, and Python;
- Advanced degree in Science, Math, Engineering, or a related quantitative field;
- Effective communication across technical and non-technical topics within and across teams;
- Strong collaborative spirit and a determined drive for success.
