UAE National - Social Media Associate Manager | MAF Retail | UAE Head Office

ROLE SUMMARY

The Associate Manager - Social Media is responsible for supporting the digital marketing strategy for the company. The role holder is also responsible for implementing social media strategy aligned with business goals and executing campaigns.

ROLE PROFILE

• Support development and implementation of social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Create and curate engaging content for daily posting across multiple social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations to capitalize on engagement opportunities and create relevant content.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with agencies to develop and execute effective, campaigns, and content plans.
• Develop daily briefs for social media agencies to communicate objectives, expectations, and campaigns.
• Supervise community management activities using Sprinklr platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints.
• Assist community managers in resolving customer issues by coordinating with the internal customer service team for efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with social media agencies to gather and analyze performance metrics, generating comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and ROI.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Visual Communications / Media
• 1+ year of experience in a similar position
• Successful execution of campaigns and driving traffic volume

• Design and content execution following the brand standards and guidelines
