Overview of the role:
Ensuring output of top quality work executed at maximum efficiency from the Workshop.
What you will do:
Communication: Ensure effective communication with senior and subordinate staff for smooth operation of work shop floor. Quality: Ensure quality work for enhanced customer satisfaction and retention by minimising repeat jobs hence increasing total workshop efficiency. Training and Coaching: Provide moral support and occasional on-job assistance to build up confidence. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness on the shop floor. Ensure technicians wear clean specified uniforms Ensure technicians maintain good discipline (e.g. not shouting, smoking, wandering, littering etc.) Ensuring that equipment is working properly Ensuring proper use of tools and equipment ad safety gear. Ensuring workshop floor is free of hazards e.g. Oil, Parts, Hoses, Wires on the floor Ensuring staff (and customer) discipline, e.g. smoking on the shop floor, standing below the lift, not using wheel chocks etc.

About The Team:
The role will report to the Workshop Manager and you will be working in a busy workshop environment in Mussafah / Abu Dhabi.
What Equips You For The Role:
Degree /Diploma in Automobile /Mechanical Engineering 3-5 Years as technical /Supervisory levels in a reputed workshop.
