Mn Adult & Teen Challenge is seeking an Outpatient LADC or ADC-T to join our team in helping transform lives. This is an in person role that will facilitate and case manage an evening outpatient group. Essential duties and responsibilities:
Responsible to ensure and/or deliver and properly document the provision of treatment services.
Provide group counseling, client education strategies to avoid inappropriate chemical use and health problems related to chemical use & transition services.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be free of chemical use problems for at least one year immediately preceding hire.
Ability to provide individual and group counseling.
Must be CD licensed or exempt from CD licensure under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 148C. (LADC or ADC-T)
Ability to successfully complete MN Dept of Human Services background study.
