Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Support clients through phone calls, emails, and chat to help them access company resources.
• Build positive relationships with clients to develop and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Provide virtual online learning support and orientation on our services and tools.
• Maintain customer feedback records for development and improvement purposes.
• Submit tickets, complaints, and customer concerns to stakeholders.
• Implement communication plan with clients as needed from different departments.

• Call center experience is a must, minimum of 1 Year of experience in Customer Service.
• Very good command of English both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (word, excel)
• Very Good communication skills.
