Role Purpose:
We are currently looking for a MEP Cost Manager to be based in our Egypt Office.
The successful candidate will show high levels of technical capability, sound commercial knowledge and a good understanding of the key drivers of cost and value.
What this job involves:
The MEP Cost Manager duties will include (but not limited to) the Review and Dealing with all MEP Commercial Subjects:
In addition, MEP Cost Manager will provide cost and commercial services in the delivery of pre and post-contract projects,
Deliver post contract duties including payment certification, cost reporting and contract administration,
Manage and update project budgets,
Work closely with clients, design teams and contractors to optimize solutions, etc
Desired skills and experience:
· Degree in related subject (BSc Quantity Surveying)
· MRICS would be advantageous but not essential.
· Experience pre and post contract in project / programme delivery teams
