Policy & Compliance Specialist
Cairo Operations – Business Operations / Full Time / Hybrid
Responsibilities
+ Translate business requirements into documentation in the form of processes and policies.
+ Evaluate internal business processes.
+ Coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
+ Developing the company policies & procedures.
+ Develop a gap analysis and design the migration plan for the sake of implementing the new processes.
+ Responsible for managing internal projects in the areas of Business Process Governance.
+ Manage relevant stakeholders and lead requirements capturing, process development, and change communication about roles & responsibilities.
+ Designs and develops the required reports for the management.
Requirements
+ 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably an internal role in a consulting environment.
+ Ability to communicate efficiently with multiple stakeholders on various levels.
+ Self-starter and able to work with limited supervision to execute agreed objectives.
+ Proficiency in MS Office, Visio.
