Reporting & Analytics Specialist
Cairo, Egypt Operations – Multiproduct / Full time / Hybrid We are looking for a
Reporting & Analytics Specialist to support our Team in
Egypt! + Data export, collection and processing from Amazon assets, calibration and consolidation according to Aleph visual and structural reporting standards and Amazon Team requirements.
+ Development of user-friendly reports and data overviews for the need of Amazon Teams and Internal Teams for the need of the hub in Egypt.
+ Explore growth opportunities from data and build actionable data-driven insights for the benefit of Ad performance in all areas (buyer audiences, products, accounts, ad spend, and business KPIs set by Amazon Teams).
+ Contribute to scalable account growth by delivering data-driven insights to all stakeholders: Growth Teams, Account Managers, and Amazon Teams, contributor on Joint Business Plans with Key Accounts.
+ Preparation of weekly business reviews to Amazon Team, monitor and report main business performance KPIs.
+ Being the first person to know about critical changes in performance.
+ Involve into collaboration with Amazon Team, and Internal Aleph Teams to provide efficient data overview for Egypt hub
+ Forecasting and uncovering new trends to share it with Growth Teams, Account managers and Amazon Teams for the benefit of ad campaign performance improvement.
What You Need For This Role
+ 3+ years of operational experience in roles related to Operations, Data Analysis, or Digital Media is ideal.
+ University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, IT or equivalent.
+ Proficiency in English is a MUST.
+ Advanced knowledge of Excel.
+ Familiarity with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Data Studio is a plus.
+ Experience with CRM and workflow tools.
+ Excellent analytical capabilities including the ability to research.
+ Good computing and mathematical analytical skills
+ Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem is a plus.
+ Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
+ Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure .
+ Willingness to learn and contribute to process improvements is encouraged.
