Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for aSAP FICO Analyst  for one of our partners, a global leader in the chemical industry field.
Job Summary:
The SAP FICO analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of financial processes within the SAP FICO module. The analyst primary responsibility is to oversee the timely resolution of incidents and requests raised by finance users, focusing on areas such as accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), general ledger (GL), asset accounting, and controlling (CO). Leveraging the expertise in SAP FICO, the analyst collaborates closely with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and configure system functionalities to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities:


  • To manage resolution of the incidents by restoring services (Diagnose and resolve incidents promptly L2-L3). If needed escalate to SAP and follow up till reply is received from SAP (L4 in SAP). 
  • To identify the problems in the application and eliminate them by removing the root cause of the problem. 
  • Designing, developing, and implementing WRICEF objects in SAP FICO modules
  • Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions within the SAP FICO module to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency
  • Provide comprehensive support for finance users within the SAP FICO module, addressing incidents and requests promptly and efficiently within the agreed SLAs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring timely responses to inquiries, setting clear expectations, and maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams or higher-level support as needed, while keeping users informed of progress.
  • Conduct testing and validation of FICO module changes, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements or solutions to enhance the usability and reliability of the SAP FICO module.
  • Document support activities, resolutions, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and compliance, creating a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize their utilization of SAP S/4HANA in the FICO area.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and service-level agreements while maintaining data security and confidentiality.
  • Stay updated on SAP FICO functionalities, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO submodules such as AR, AP, GL, asset accounting, and CO.
  • Good knowledge of financial accounting, controlling, and reporting processes.
  • Expert proficiency in the SAP S/4HANA FICO module, coupled with a knack for integrating with other SAP modules.
  • "SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting" Certification is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL or similar support frameworks is advantageous.
  • Exhibits mastery in utilizing SAP FICO functionalities to provide comprehensive support for finance users, addressing complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
