Senior Application Support Engineer

• Resolve technical complex issues escalated from level one support, maintain software, automate operational manual tasks.
  
• Check alerts, monitors the system, and work through any improvements in processes that have been identified.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to optimize IT infrastructure for financial services.
  
• ​Manage process changes, improve monitoring, handle new errors, user training or changes to the applications code.

• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
  
• 4-6 years’ experience in support operation production platform
  
• Preferred experience in e-payments platform.
  
• Strong Linux Knowledge (scripting, searching, operating,.)
  
• ​Strong SQL/PL SQL knowledge.
  
• Excellent Command of English is a must.
