XR Art Director
Job Description:
Deliver high-quality User Interfaces and User Experience Design in line with our enterprise products and company vision
Create analog and VR sketches, wireframes, flow charts, storyboards, interactive prototypes, and documentation that clearly convey our clients´ requirements/ ideas
Develop/ design high-fidelity experiences, mock-ups and prototypes for key elements and features within a given set of parameters
Continuously evaluate user feedback to transform, improve and optimize the overall user experience, usability and accessibility
Collaborate with developers and provide them with clear specifications of UX and UI components
Support the team in building a design language and system for our products
Follow up on final implementations of all features to ensure proper execution
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams that include visual designers, copywriters, project managers, strategists, developers and QA
Creatively supports the effective use of technology and its applications to solve business problems
Contributes work to UX/UI deliverables in new business pitches as needed
