Job Description


REPORTING RELATIONSHIP


Reports to: Head of RFP Operations, Global Client Solutions (Los Angeles)


PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Effectively manage RFP content, ensuring integrity and quality by adding new records and updating existing content to our content database on an ad hoc and quarterly basis.
  • Manage the coordination of qualitative and quantitative key stats updates throughout the content database and across various materials on a quarterly basis.
  • Coordinate the completion and approval of standardized due diligence questionnaires.
  • Maintain and update personnel data across multiple files utilized for RFPs and DDQs on a quarterly basis.
  • Assist with the population of personnel tables included within RFPs and DDQs, and spearhead of completion of DEI questionnaires.
  • Liaise with other internal support departments to obtain data, supporting documentation, and other responsive information as needed.
  • Work with outsourced consultant database population vendor for all active strategies; review/audit qualitative and quantitative firm / strategy information including performance, AUM and characteristics.
  • Builds a thorough understanding of the firm's products and investment strategies to facilitate the accurate and consistent creation of proposals.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to streamline and develop new processes in partnership with the broader global team.

QUALIFICATIONS


Education: 


  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics, Political Science, Finance, General Business or Management, and outstanding academic achievement.

Experience Required:  


  • 4+ years of financial industry experience in an investor relations role and experience with due diligence questionnaires and requests for proposals.
  • Must be process and detail-oriented, placing a high priority on accuracy with particular focus on qualitative and quantitative accuracy.
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments.
  • Comfortable working with detailed personnel and AUM data with the ability to synthesize and provide data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate clear responses.
  • Experience with formatting and styling of documents.
  • Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative team environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic including proactively addressing projects at hand and improving processes.
  • Problem solver with ability to research solutions and leverage available resources to accomplish the task at hand.
  • I have a proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with Salesforce, Loopio RFP software, Tableau, and PowerBI a plus.
