- The Capital Markets Services Transformation and Acceleration Team has four primary functions:
- Service Acceleration – Changing processes and technology to help consulting, CX and CIO (through packages, Automation, Robotics and Educational Content).
- Service Development - Support the lines of business, working with sales, presales, development and managing the evolution of our services.
- Service Enablement – Planning and Validation to support consulting and managing the Capital Markets relationship with CIO, working with Delivery Management and Supporting Escalations.
- Transformation Ops – Driving oversight of key transformation programs and organizational effectiveness.

What you will be doing:
- Perform research and analysis to support business operations and presents findings to manager or project leader.
- Utilize systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner.
- Identify and implement best practices and suggests how to improve current practices.
- Analyze and document business processes and metrics and identifies improvement opportunities.
- May train internal employees on changes to business practices, processes, or procedures.
- May perform special projects upon request and on occasion.
- May provide coaching and/or guidance to less experienced Business Analysts.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you will need:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Mathematics, Computer Science or Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- 6-10 Years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Data Analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
- Exceptional command of the English language
- Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, e.g., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
- Knowledge of standards relevant to the software industry , e.g., ISO, CMM, Six Sigma
- Knowledge of banking practices, regulations and operations within assigned line(s) of business
- In-depth understanding of design patterns and their application
- Fluency in developing and understanding sequence diagrams, class models, etc
- Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
- Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed
- Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts
- Willingly and successfully fulfills the role of teacher, mentor and coach
- May require in-depth knowledge of networking, computing platform, storage, database, security, middleware, network and systems management and related infrastructure technologies and practices
