Senior Reporting and Forecasting Analyst will be responsible for supporting anddriving the day-to-day operations of operational reporting and forecasting processes and providing decision support to the Commercial Excellence organization.This key role will partner closely with Commercial Excellence and Finance to help deliver streamlined and dependable data at every stage of the sales process in a timely and accurate manner.


About the role



  • Partnering with the Senior Manager to support ‘best-in-class’TR Enterprise forecasting process and operational reporting


  • Develop and deliver valuable reporting insights to support the vision of Commercial Excellence and the broader TR Sales Organization


  • Partnering with Enterprise Finance and Sales Operations to assist in supporting a clear process and defined interlocks for the sales forecasting process


  • Assist in supporting the ‘end state’ goal of automated forecasting and pipeline reporting in a systematic way



  • Manage the day-to-day sales/renewal reporting, forecasting, and rep performance processes and support weekly cadence with ourSales Organization that span the TR Enterprise

  • Assist in developing and supporting valuable reporting insights to support the vision of the salesorganization


  • Support the Reporting and Forecasting Senior Manager to ensure defined sales forecasting operating cadence and cleardefinitions are established across the Enterprise


  • Support sales/renewals and forecasting systems, reports, and dashboards to drive visibility andinsights into sales performance


  • Leverage Alteryx and other tools to create efficient and robust data lakes to support the needs of Commercial Excellence and the TR Sales Organization


  • Ability to aggregate and synthesize disparate data sets from disparate sources using current technologies such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI


  • Think creatively to find ways to streamline existing data to consolidate and simplify the Sales Organization's key data elements


  • Partner closely with sales operations and finance to execute and drive the weekly forecasting process acrossthe TR Enterprise


  • Assist in delivering on the highest value sales-related strategic priorities for the businessand provide strong decision support to the segments as needed


  • Assist in key strategic initiatives and ad hoc analysis as defined by the needs of the business.


  • Support other Commercial Excellence initiatives and tasks as required




About You



  • 4-year college degree preferred or equivalent work experience


  • 4years’ experience in business, accounting, financeor financial data analysiswith exceptional reporting skills and attention to detail


  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of customer landscape to enable balanced tradeoffs between standardization and customization across segments


  • Advanced level skills are requiredin OneStream


  • Advanced level skills are preferred in the following systems:Alteryx, Tableau, Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, Oracle, and Snowflake


  • Knowledge of salesforce.com and Salesforce Revenue Intelligence


  • Proven ability to take complex and disparate data sets and create streamlined and efficient datasets with connected and routinized cadence


  • Proven ability to analyze, validate, model, and interpret data


  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail, and ability to drive toward superior business results


  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, self-starter/self-motivated and highly eager to learn new technologies


  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationshipsand influence at all levels within the organization


  • Ability to be flexible with working hours to support the ever-changing demands of the business
