Boeing India eCommerce team has an immediate opening for Experienced Adobe Developer to lead designing and developing Adobe based solutions using Adobe software products such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target. This position will be responsible for supporting Boeing Global Service’s (BGS) ecommerce applications that are used to offer various parts, products and services to Business Regional & General Aviation (BRGA) as well as Commercial Airline (CA) customers across the world. This position involves working closely with other development / support teams in India, US and other locations. The selected individual will be a part of the IT and Data Analytics team in Boeing India. This role will be based out of Bangalore, India.
Position Responsibilities:
- The selected candidates for this position will be responsible for supporting Boeing Global Service’s (BGS) ecommerce applications that are used to offer various parts, products and services to Business Regional & General Aviation (BRGA) as well as Commercial Airline (CA) customers across the world. This position involves working closely with other development / support teams in India, US and other locations.
- The selected individuals will have to be skilled enough in the area of Google Cloud Platform / Google Big Query and be familiar with Adobe digital layer.
- The selected individuals need to have advanced SQL skills and dashboard experience in Tableau or Adobe Analytics. They should have experience in designing and developing Adobe based solutions using Adobe software products such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
- The selected individuals should have a deep understanding of Adobe software products and their capabilities. The selected individuals should be proficient in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS, and have experience with web development frameworks and technologies.
- The selected individuals will be responsible for designing the overall architecture of Adobe-based solutions. They will define the technical components, integration points, and data flows to ensure a scalable and efficient solution.
- • They will work with other systems and platforms to integrate Adobe software products. They may also customize Adobe products to meet specific business requirements.
- They will optimize the performance of Adobe-based solutions by analyzing and fine-tuning the system architecture, code, and configurations.
- Experience of working in Agile teams while following the Agile & SAFe practices
- The selected individual would need to work in close cooperation and actively align with the technical roadmap, interaction design, development and testing with similar teams based in USA or other regions.
- The selected individual would need to mentor junior team members on technical aspects and would be responsible to provide support to development of internal competency and resources for critical skill sets and be a sought-after expert that other developers can benefit from.
- This position will support initiatives of Boeing India organization related to engineering excellence, employee development, mentoring, customer engagement, etc.
- The selected individual will research & provide recommendations on new technologies / trends, best practices to improve the product development activities.
- This position would require the selected candidates to learn and work on new as well as multiple tools /skills/ roles.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION
- Excellent knowledge and experience in Java Script
- Excellent knowledge in Advance SQL skills
- Working experience and good knowledge in Google Cloud Platform/Google Big Query & Abode Target
- Working experience and good knowledge in Adobe Tagging
- Familiarity with Adobe Digital Layer
- Effective in resolving problems and roadblocks by consistently following through on details while driving Innovation as well as issue resolution. Experience in technical support and troubleshooting for Adobe-based solutions.
- Deep understanding of Adobe software products and their capabilities. Proficient in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS, and have experience with web development frameworks and technologies.
- Experience in designing and developing Adobe based solutions using Adobe software products such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
- Must have working experience with cross-functional teams spread across multiple products and locations within Boeing and external partners across different cultures and time-zones
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience in the following areas would be preferred –
- Familiarity with usage of Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Cloud based development (using Azure /GCP / AWS)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience ) :
- Develop and maintain relationships / partnerships with customers, team members, peers, and partners to develop collaborative plans and complete projects.
- Demonstrate strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of Adobe software products and their capabilities.
- Past experience w.r.t working with other systems and platforms to integrate Adobe software products.
- Experience in optimizing the performance of Adobe-based solutions by analyzing and fine-tuning the system architecture, code, and configurations.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS, and have experience with web development frameworks and technologies.
- Minimum 9 years of experience with 2-3 years in lead role and with minimum of 5+ years of experience in Data or Tag Analyst.
- Candidates with experience in SAFe Agile methodologies would be preferred.
Typical Education & Experience:
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 Plus years' related work experience or Master’s Degree with 7+ years of experience with an equivalent combination of education and experience
