Your responsibilities would be as follows:
Job Description:
Responsible for timely preparation of yearly/monthly/quarterly Group consolidations as per US GAAP
Preparation of books of USA entities.
Ensuring real-time financial statements like balance sheet, P&L accounts, cash flow statements and income statements are available for business decision making.
Develop accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Research technical accounting issues for compliance
Support month-end and year-end close process
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
Drive key finance initiatives to improve performance and facilitate business growth.
Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.
Coordinate and own preparation of regulatory reporting with local, state, and central government tax filings
Planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Performing financial reporting, ad-hoc business analyses and financial modelling
Historical trend analysis of capital and operating expenditures for budget creation and decision support
Consolidating and monitoring annual budgets and forecasts received from various functions and SBU Heads
Providing commentary for budget vs. actual result variations
Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies.
Assist the management in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
Define, Review, Participate and implement Accounting Policies Procedures
Review the audit reports and Plan implementation of the audit recommendations.
Systemized the entire accounting and MIS cycle.
Manage intercompany accounts

Proven work experience (2-3yrs) in Accounts/Finance function
Fresher CA
Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally/QuickBooks/SAP
Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel
Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed report.
