Job Description
  • Manage the Workday system for Talent and compensation review process, from planning to execution and analysis. This includes setting up review processes, organizing events, and managing statements to make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • As a Workday Compensation module expert setup and improve features like bonus options, compensation matrices, and review processes. Make sure these features match our compensation goals and follow the rules.
  • Configure and customize performance management processes, enabling self-evaluations, additional reviewer and manager evaluations,  and setting review content. Ensure that performance review processes are designed to meet the unique needs of our organization and support continuous feedback and development.
  • Leverage Workday reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Creating reports to track performance review statuses, evaluate team performance, support data based decisions through reports for Compensation processes.
  • Problem solving mindset with out-of-the-box thinking to deliver solutions to business problems. Integrated IT focussed thinking for delivering solutions that are scalable and user-friendly.
  • Work with our HR team and other stakeholders to understand their needs. Give advice and support to make sure their system needs are satisfied.
  • Stay updated on Workday changes and industry trends. Look for ways to improve the system and make it easier for users.

Qualifications
  • Hands on experience (6+ years) as a Workday Compensation and Talent Functional consultant or similar role, with a focus on configuring and managing compensation and talent processes.
  • Good communication skills to work with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management and having worked in implementation, enhancements and support projects.
