JOB SUMMARY:


The Local Eminence team is responsible to build and maintain a strong leadership presence in the local markets/communities; The team defines the strategy, approach and campaigns that will impact brand visibility and uniformly drive consideration to preference anchored to our 360° value commitments. A critical aspect for the team is to fortify relationships by creating differentiated experiences for our clients, influencers/ecosystem partners, and community partners.


The team is expected to have a deep understanding of the local India market and broader business context represented by civic leaders, ecosystem partnerships and networks, influencers, etc.


The applying candidates should have prior experience on brand and leadership positioning; stakeholder management; digital marketing; event and online community management. Exposure to the latest in Martech. generative AI tools, campaign measurement and handling of marketing budgets is a clear advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Help in defining and implementing corporate level brand eminence and reputation strategy; make sure consistency in branding, messaging, and positioning.
  • Build strong working relationships to deliver campaign objectives as a team.
  • Lead a unified, programmatic, measurable strategy across the geo/country unit so that consideration and preference for Accenture is uniformly high.
  • Collaborate across M+C multiple functions to orchestrate a diverse portfolio of priority.
  • M+C programs in the last mile at the local level with target audiences.
  • Bring industry-led client experiences to life in the cities/communities where our clients live, work and thrive.
  • Drive community engagement, targeted awards, leaders/people recognition to position Accenture as employer of choice
  • Help craft leadership voices for appropriate opportunities.

EXPERIENCE: Overall 11 years of experience with exposure across public relations, brand management & development, creative, digital marketing, and social media.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Strong understanding of the B2B IT services industry
  • Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace, Marketing Strategy & Services
  • Sound marketing knowledge with exposure to:
    • Content Design & Creation
    • Content and Brand Strategy
    • Advertising Design & Development
    • Social Media Optimization
    • Marketing Process & Operations
    • Market Mix Modelling
  • Excellent written, communications & presentation skills
  • Effective stakeholder and project management skills
