We are looking for an integrated marketing professional with a prior experience of 4-6 years in Content Marketing, PR and Internal Communication role. For internal as well as external communication, this role would be responsible for putting out accurate, engaging, fact-based storytelling and story-doing content based on the consumer personas getting them to engage at multiple stages in their buying cycle, spreading awareness and lead generation. Content for each offerings as well as at a corporate level, will be driven and owned by the role. Details of the responsibilities below. Key Focus Areas
1. Lead Internal communications, engagement and community building and management efforts and be the single point of contact for the same
2. Lead and execute content marketing activities pertaining to Digital, Direct media, Print, Paid Media Marketing, Social Media, Website Development & Management, creative coordination, vendor management Analysis and reporting, Undertake administrative tasks to support the execution and success of marketing campaigns
3. Responsible for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Management including Mailer journeys for the platforms
4. Lead and manage PR, social media platforms presence, external blog, internal platforms, website SEO content, press release, case studies, sales pitch decks, newsletters, landing pages, email deployment etc. and measurement for all offerings and MPS brand
5. Manage internal stakeholders coordination and external agency coordination and be responsible for a complete end to end process from briefing to getting the content produced, execution and performance reporting

What does the role entail?
1. Working closely with product and sales teams for producing content
2. Liasoning with global teams including marketing, design and other approval authorities for
the approvals, deployment and scheduling the content pieces
3. Be responsible for managing the costs, keeping the account of the budgets, PO raising,
release and related procurement and reporting processes for all content related projects
4. Deploy email marketing campaigns on salesforce and manage the performance reporting
5. Build and manage internal community, email communications and employee engagement
6. Liaison with external partner agencies (media, creative, technical) and work closely to
achieve the desired output
7. Be responsible for SEO and blogs related off page and on page content
8. Monitor competition and category campaigns and activities on content marketing front for all
offerings and report on monthly basis
9. Content ideation, strategy and calendar creation would be a part of the regular activities for
the role
10. Active Stakeholder management and working with leaders
11. Stay up-to-date with developments, formats and generate new ideas to draw the audience's
attention.
12. Produce well researched and engaging content for online and offline syndication
13. Own key events, milestones for regional days with marketing content production and
syndication, focus on national importance and regional presence of brand
14. Work with GTM teams to create sales decks, getting them designed, video productions and
any other enablement lead requirements
