- In S&C GN - Data & AI you will understand the importance of sound analytical decision-making, how each task contributes to the overall project objectives, execute projects that contribute directly to business performance improvement and utilize Generative AI to unlock new possibilities.
What you would do in this role:
- Define comprehensive data requirements and strategies for leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) effectively.
- Lead and perform advanced data cleaning, aggregation, analysis, and interpretation tasks with a focus on data quality and integrity.
- Lead the implementation of Generative AI solutions, leveraging LLMs to address complex business challenges and drive innovation.
- Architect and manage end-to-end data pipelines, implementing best practices for scalability, efficiency, and reliability in data processing and model training.
- Lead the training and fine-tuning of LLMs on large-scale datasets, optimizing performance and accuracy for specific use cases and business needs.
- Conduct in-depth evaluation of model performance and drive iterative improvements.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to integrate Generative AI and LLMs into end-to-end solutions.
- Utilize cloud services from AWS, Azure, or GCP for development, training, and deployment of models, while overseeing infrastructure design and resource management to support scalable and efficient operations.
- Create insights presentations and client-ready decks, effectively communicating findings and recommendations.
- Mentor and guide junior resources, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex concepts and insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the latest Generative AI and LLM research, ensuring the team utilizes the most effective techniques for client projects.
- Develop strong relationships with clients at all levels, understanding their specific challenges and opportunities.
