Position: Sales Manager - Asia - Perfume Industry

min exp: 5-10 years in Cosmetic / Perfume industry 

Must be flexible for business travels 

Job Responsibilities 

• Establish and nurture relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders across diverse Asian countries 
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to identify growth opportunities and recommend product adaptations. 
  
• Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for a multinational brand in the Asian market, focusing on increasing market share and revenue 
  
• Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective promotional activities
  
• Provide regular reports and insights to the global sales leadership, contributing to the overall business strategy 

Requirements: 

• Proven success in commercial sales within Asia, ideally in multinational brand sales or related industries
  
• In-depth knowledge of the Asian market dynamics, consumer preferences, and regulatory landscapes
  
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with key players in the retail and distribution channels
  
• Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt global strategies to regional nuances
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
  

Salary range: INR 20 LPA + commission
