Senior Financial Analyst

• Support controllership activities for the Americas involving month end close processes. Includes reviewing monthly installs and other exit rate metric movements for accuracy
• Analyze Actuals against the Plan/Forecast/Past performance and Variance Analysis on fluctuations in revenue
• Support activities related to the pending books (key deals pending implementation) and ensure they are appropriately recorded and tracked. Imparting visibility to ensure no revenue leakage
• Support Commercial Finance as needed for annual budget cycle
• Exercise strong understanding over Monthly Sales, Cancellations, and Revenue Close with the enterprise’s reporting policies and standards
• Collaborate as needed with auditors (internal and external)
• Ensure compliance of the SOX controls and adhering to deadlines. Including supporting of revenue recognition on significant contracts and supporting any new SOX controls that may arise
• Support balance sheet reconciliation reviews, including ensuring balance sheet accounts are accurately stated, reconciling items are resolved as needed, and accounts are classified accurately on the balance sheet
• Work with customer administration to resolve billing issues impacting revenue, billing on hold, installs, etc.
• Support analysis over areas such as Install to Forecast Analysis and Install Lag Analysis
• Communicate and support connection points with relevant stakeholders and contribute to team success
