Senior Tech Delivery Specialist - SAP HANA, SAP Administrator

Nielseniq is seeking an SAP Basis administrator. This role will be responsible for managing all SAP environments on a day-to-day basis including configuring, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities related to technical maintenance and administration of the SAP and related environments.
• Proactively monitor the SAP Landscape, report metrics, and perform performance tuning when required.
• Develop and maintain appropriate documentation for system activities and ensure change control is followed.
• Installations, Upgrades, Support Packs, Kernel Patching, Security patching, Add-ons
• Change Management, Transport Administration
• Background job scheduling, management, monitoring, alerting related activities.
• Manage various types of printers / spools in SAP, across the globe.
• Manage Interfaces, integration with other systems.
• Troubleshoot issues, apply SAP notes and other fixes.
• Client Administration, client copies, System Refresh related activities.
• Review Early watch alert and similar reports, implement proposals.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for SAP systems, conducting regular tests to validate effectiveness.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure data integrity and availability during unforeseen events.
• Perform installations, upgrades, and patches for SAP applications, databases, and related components.
  Generate reports and analysis related to system performance, utilization, and incidents.

• 5+ Years’ experience in SAP Basis NetWeaver System Administration
• Experience in Cloud deployments
• S/4 and Fiori experience.
• Experience in setting up, supporting CPI connections.
• Experience in SSO - Single Sign On integration
• Good understanding of the underlying infrastructure stack: Hypervisor, OS (UNIX, Windows), Storage, Network
