Oracle HCM Cloud Job Description:

• As an Oracle HCM Cloud professional, you’ll provide direction and detailed input for the long-term support and maintenance of HCM and related systems. Your duties and responsibilities may include:
  • Providing training to system users as necessary.
  • Leading all functional aspects of the system development life cycle for both large projects and small enhancements.
  • Configuring systems based on business requirements.
  • Managing and delivering conference room pilots.
  • Analyzing client-reported issues and resolving them promptly.
  • Demonstrating expertise in designing and executing tests and implementations.
  • Leading multiple cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
  • Monitoring project budgets and conducting research and analysis1.

Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant:

• In this role, you’ll work on Oracle Cloud HCM Technical / Functional  projects. Key qualifications and skills include:
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Setups, Payroll Fastformula, HCM Extract, BI/OTBI, HDL, and HSDL.
  • Completion of at least 3-4 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects.
  • Hands-on experience in writing Fastformula's 
  • Hands-on HCM Extracts.
  • Hands-on technical configuration and development expertise.
  • Implementing at client sites and providing thought leadership.
  • Working independently on complex technical tasks.
  • Collaborating with public and private sector clients globally2.
