Description General Description of the Role: As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting sales activities within a company. This role involves working closely with the sales team to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The Sales Coordinator is also responsible for preparing sales reports, organizing sales meetings, managing sales-related documentation, and providing assistance to the sales team as needed. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in helping the sales team meet their targets and achieve success. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience (2-3 years) in a sales support or coordination role. - Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. - Prior experience in a similar industry is a plus. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). -Experience with CRM software is a plus. -Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus Responsibilities: 1. Assist the Sales Manager in organizing sales strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets. 2. Coordinate sales team schedules, meetings, and appointments. 3. Manage and update sales databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely information. 4. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and forecasts for management review. 5. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the organization. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs. 7. Monitor and track sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvement. 8. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service when necessary. 9. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and marketing strategies. Employment Status: Full Time.
