Job Description



As an Operations Executive in the Talent Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of both the Community and Engagement (C&E) and Education teams. You'll work closely with team members to ensure efficient processes, data management, and budget tracking to drive the team's success.
Technical & Product:
-Oversee the engagement data tracker to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
-Collaborate with relevant teams to gather engagement data.
-Maintain data quality and integrity.
-Manage the registration of new suppliers using the Navision system.
-Maintain accurate and complete supplier records.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for data management tasks.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency:
-Assume responsibility for the Community and Engagement (C&E) budget.
-Implement effective tracking mechanisms to monitor C&E expenditures.
-Manage the Education budget, allocating resources efficiently.
-Implement tracking processes to monitor Education budget utilization.
Innovative & Analytical Mindset:
-Collaborate with Senior Executives to establish an efficient process for the superhero recognition program.
-Take ownership of tracking program launches and milestones.
-Ensure smooth execution of the recognition program.
-Extract, prepare, and upload training completion reports on PowerBI on a monthly basis.
-Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
People and Leadership:
-Work with team members to create an efficient process for the superhero recognition program.
-Collaborate with relevant teams to gather engagement data.
-Foster communication and engagement with program participants.

Qualifications



-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
-Strong knowledge of budget management and tracking.
-Experience with data management tools and software.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
