Design, Calculations, Preparation of Quotation for all type of Fire alarm systems projects.
Identify the reason for losing the quoted jobs and sorting out right action plan for solving the problem.
Implement necessary paces to promote and flourish new products in the market.
Discover new tactics on best sales and communicate with the suppliers in order to build a competitive customer satisfaction. Recommend necessary pre-qualifications required for products in Ministries/ Govt./ Oil Field.
A-Grade certification from KFF & Membership in Kuwait Society of Engineers.
Meet customers, clients and contractors to collect the necessary requirements for running projects and formulate periodical weekly and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with suppliers, provide technical clarifications if required, negotiate and finalize sales orders and manage official correspondences.
Meet the aims by visiting new, existing customers and reporting the visits by setting goals, deadlines for sales.
Report major customer complaints such as manufacturing defects, specification mismatching etc. if any.
Coordinate with Supply Chain & Financial Divisions for timely process of orders and payments to the Principal.
Direct the site staff to complete the supply, installation and commissioning in compliance with the customer requirements.
Organize with the Principal for conducting necessary training in order to update the technical know-how.
Responsible for Quality of the function/ Task performed.
Carrying out other occasional duties related to the scope of the job as requested.
Authorize to prepare, present and negotiate proposals & bids for customers.
Discuss the customer’s feedback upon after sales completed and make management aware of the feedback.
Flawlessly establish and execute sales strategies in purview of company’s framework and framing objectives for sales team to meet the targets.
Knowledge about QHSE plans & procedures.

Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or above
2 – 5 years of experience
Excellent knowledge in the sales of Fire Alarm System
Proficient in Arabic and English – written and verbal
1st Grade KFF License.
KSE Accreditation Card
