What we're looking for:


This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various social media and digital channels. The Data Analyst will use their analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and measure performance. This individual will collaborate with marketing teams to translate data into actionable recommendations and present findings in a clear and concise manner.


To Succeed in This Role, You Need To:


  • Data Collection and Management:
        * Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and digital channels.
        * Develop and maintain data pipelines to collect data from various sources (e.g., social media platforms, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools).
        * Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
        * Manage and organize data in a structured and accessible format.


  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
        * Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of social media and digital channel data.
        * Identify trends, patterns, and insights to understand user behavior and campaign performance.
        * Develop reports and dashboards to visualize data and present findings to stakeholders.
        * Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
        * Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to improve campaign effectiveness.
        * Monitor industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing analytics.


  • Collaboration and Communication:
        * Work closely with marketing teams to understand their needs and translate data into actionable insights.
        * Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
        * Collaborate with other departments to inform decision-making.


Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in social media or digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with social media analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Sprout Social).
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
