Financial Analyst

GlobeMed Group, the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region is looking for a Financial Analyst who will setup & supervise the budgetary (operating expenses & capital budgets) monitoring (periodical reports) & control processes. Supports the decisions relating to financial affairs.

Financial Management

• Establish medium term financial plans i.e. cash flow projections, balance sheet and income statement projections and sources and uses of funds projections.
• Prepare quarterly and yearly revised budgets.
• Analyze and investigate Receivables and Payables.
• Determine the return on alternative investment projects and establish minimum return levels taking into consideration the timing of cash inflows and outflows and the cost of capital.

Financial Analysis

• Prepare the necessary financial analysis through financial ratios and other instruments to assist the management in their decision making on issues related to

1. Liquidity
2. Long term solvency
3. Asset activity
4. Profitability

• Analyze the company’s overheads.
• Analyze the quarterly and yearly results and compare them to the budget in a way to point out to strengths and weakness in the variances.
• Financial statements (periodical): trial balance, cash flow report, balance sheet, and profit & loss statement.
• Set up performance indicators reporting specific to GlobeMed operations.
• Prepare presentation for actual vs. budget and forecast for future years in support of strategic & business planning.
• Carry out special reports requested by management.

• Master Degree graduate from a reputable university or BBA with extensive experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate and follow up on impeding matters.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, French is an asset.
• Organized and well structured.
• Computer literate with good MS Office skills
