We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Store Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operations of our hotel by being responsible for tracking and maintaining the inventory of any physical goods that come into or go out of the hotel. You ensure each item has an accurate count and check if anything is missing/damaged on arrival.


A little taste of your day-to-day


Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:


  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming supplies, equipment, and materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder as necessary, ensuring adequate stock is available at all times.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to identify any discrepancies or issues.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of supplies to various departments within the hotel.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storeroom, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their supply needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Follow all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist with any other tasks or projects as assigned by the Hotel Management.

What do we need from you?


  • Bachelor’s degree/higher education qualification/equivalent in Accounting or Finance. 
  • 3 years in hotel storekeeping and inventory management.
  • Must have knowledge and experience in storekeeping practices.
  • Must know basic bookkeeping.
  • Must have good physical stamina to lift and handle goods and supplies.
  • Competent Oral and Written English Communication Skills.
