Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Pre-sale Engineer with at least 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Pre-sale Engineer, you will play a critical role in engaging with customers, designing solutions, and driving product development to meet their specific requirements. The Pre-sale engineer will also be responsible for preparing comprehensive tenders, fostering relationships with technical partners and vendors, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement throughout the entire lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities:
- Solution Architect:
- Design and architect technical solutions based on customer requirements, leveraging expertise in networking, cloud, and security.
- Customer Engagement and Design:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and develop customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Product Development:
- Collaborate with product development teams to enhance and optimize existing solutions based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Tender Submissions:
- Prepare and submit tenders with detailed technical solutions and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in response to customer requests.
- Vendor & Partner Relations:
- Act as a focal point of communication between the company and technical partners/vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and strong relationships.
- Customer Engagement through Lifecycle:
- Maintain a proactive approach to customer engagement, from identifying opportunities to delivering the final solution, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in a relevant technical role within the data center and cloud hosting industry.
- Expert Level Skills:
- Exceptional expertise in networking, cloud technologies, solution architecture, and security.
- Certifications:
- Relevant certifications in networking, cloud platforms, solution architecture, and security are preferred (e.g., CCIE, Cloud Solutions Architect, CISSP).
- Communication Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate technical solutions and engage with both customers and internal teams.
- Analytical Thinking:
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and devise innovative and effective solutions.
- Team Collaboration:
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Customer-Focused Approach:
