Backed by the leading global and regional VCs strategic supply chain partners, we have raised $17.5m to digitize trucking and logistics for 1M+ freight operators in Pakistan and beyond.
You will be responsible for setting up and monitoring network infrastructure and resolving system issues. You need to have experience with IT performance management, network administration, and system security. You will be a part of an energetic team where the opportunity to learn and grow will only be limited by your internal motivation and drive to develop yourself as a professional.
Your responsibilities will include
Maintain and optimize local company networks and servers including firewalls, VPN, directory services, etc.
Be responsible for device and password management
Oversee data backup and system security operations (e.g. user authorization, firewalls)
Secure network by monitoring and controlling network access and upgrading security applications
Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software
Oversee identity and access management
Assess system performance and recommend improvements
Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines
Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via the help desk
Control costs and budgets regarding IT systems
Manage contracts with vendors (e.g. development platforms, telecommunication companies, password managers) and software licenses
Develop and implement IT policies and practices
What you will bring to Truck It In
1 - 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management
Experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis
Thorough knowledge of networks and cloud computing
Knowledge of data protection operations and techniques
Ability to multitask
Outstanding communication skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Capable of offering System and Network support
Skilled in Firewalls management
Able to maintain active directory management
