Graphic Designer (Islamabad)

Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Develop visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing campaigns, social media, websites, print materials, and other digital platforms.
Brand Identity: Ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to brand guidelines across all materials to reinforce our brand identity.
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and contribute innovative design ideas.
Timely Execution: Deliver high-quality designs within established timelines and meet project deadlines.
Multi-Platform Adaptation: Adapt and optimize designs for different platforms and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team.
Image Editing and Manipulation: Use image editing software to enhance, retouch, and manipulate images as needed.
Client Interaction: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to gather design requirements, provide design mock-ups, and incorporate feedback effectively.
File Management: Organize and maintain design files and assets for easy access and collaboration.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant graphic design software.
Demonstrated ability to develop creative and original design concepts that align with project objectives.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including marketing materials, digital assets, and brand collateral.
Meticulous attention to detail in design, typography, and color choices.
Should have experience in Infographic, Packaging, Labels & Social Media Post Design
Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey design ideas and collaborate with team members.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Animation Knowledge will be mandatory
Willingness to receive feedback and make design adjustments accordingly.
Capability to identify design challenges and find effective solutions.
