Your responsibilities will include
Source candidates and build a robust candidate pipeline
Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries and requests
Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.
Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and closing potential colleagues
Manage onboarding and new hire process
Evangelize new employee benefits, policies, and processes
Strive to improve people team through automation
Council and guide colleagues on their work life
Ideate on ways to uplift the Truck It In employer brand
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions, utilizing multiple channels.
Maintain talent pools for critical and challenging-to-fill roles.
Manage automated onboarding for new hires.
Establish Truck It In as an employer brand through targeted campaigns.
Support team in new and ongoing initiatives.
Stay updated on the latest recruiting trends and best practices.
We would love to hear from you if you are a recent graduate, especially with a major in HR or Organizational Psychology. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of sourcing and placing top talent, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for finding the right fit for both candidates and our company.
