About the role

The Recruitment Manager, Pakistan, plays a crucial role in collaborating and supporting the execution of our strategic vision for student recruitment from Pakistan. This pivotal role encompasses diverse responsibilities including recruitment, marketing, fostering partnerships, and nurturing alumni relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of student recruitment efforts from Pakistan, actively promoting ARU courses from Undergraduate to PhD levels.
• Engage in exhibitions, events, and school visits to showcase ARU offerings.
• Cultivate strong relationships with our network of agents in Pakistan, providing ongoing support and guidance to align with our recruitment and marketing strategies.
• Develop compelling marketing collateral across various platforms, including social media, to effectively communicate ARU's brand and course offerings to diverse audiences in Pakistan.
• Establish partnerships with universities, recruitment partners, and organizations in the region.
• Liaise with relevant governmental bodies, embassies, consulates, and visa offices to facilitate student recruitment processes.
• Coordinate in student conversion initiatives, offering comprehensive support from course information to visa guidance, pre-departure briefings, and overseeing English language testing.
• Develop and execute an annual marketing and recruitment plan to meet student recruitment goals.
• Provide regular reports on market conditions in Pakistan to inform strategic decision and identify avenues for further growth and development.
• Foster and maintain connections with ARU alumni in Pakistan, collaborating with the Alumni team and organizing in-country alumni.
• Lead specific projects and fulfil additional duties as needed.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in recruitment, adult education, and familiarity with Pakistan and UK markets.
• Previous experience in the education sector
• Demonstrated success in recruiting international students.
• Proficiency in developing marketing plans for international student recruitment in a Higher Education setting.
• Competence in budget management
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media for sales and marketing endeavors
• Proficient in English language, both written and verbal
• Willingness to travel between states and undertake frequent travel as necessary.
