What You Know
The candidate should have 10-12 Years of experience In Talent Acquisition
Should have experience in Team Handling
Experience in Stake Holder Management
Hands-on experience in End-to-End Recruitment Process
Solid experience in Technical Team and Delivery
Experience in presenting market intelligence on skills.
Experience working majority on Application Development skills.
Should be good in MS-Office
Experience in stakeholder management is an added advantage.
Should have experience in any ATS tools.
Should be well versed with LinkedIn recruit.
Should be able to build a strong pipeline
Familiar with Social media Hiring
Strong passion for recruitment
Should be Proactive and demonstrate positive thought processes throughout the recruitment life cycle.

Excellent communication and articulation skills.

Education
