Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy and aesthetic
Manage and oversee social media content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and Facebook groups
Post across all social media channels
Come up with creative captions and use relevant hashtags
Design and post interactive stories to engage with audience and increase engagement
Measure the success of every social media post, story and campaign using UTMs and other metrics
Design posts using Canva or other design softwares
Edit basic videos when needed (adding text, music and such)
Monitor engagement and suggest content optimization
Work on influencer campaigns and programs
Generate influencer content and user content
Conduct marketing campaigns, such as SMS and email
Manage end-to-end photo shoots and video shoots including coordination, mood board planning, model and makeup management, props, art direction, and any other relevant tasks
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
Work with the design and writing teams to ensure content is informative and appealing
Work with graphic designers on fresh & value adding ideas
Collaborate with Design and Product Development teams when needed.
Requirements
Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional education or training in social media or marketing is a plus.
Experience: 3+ years experience in the field of marketing & social media, preferably with an e-commerce brand.
Skills:
Excellent time management and organizational skills Basic understanding of image editing, digital sketching, design and aesthetics.
Excellent knowledge of Canva or another well-known design platform for social media posts.
