Technology Business Analyst (Evening Shift)

Are you a seasoned professional with a proven track record in aligning technology solutions with business objectives? iENGINEERING is currently seeking a Technology Business Analyst (for evening shift) with proven experience in technology business analysis. The ideal candidate will bring a strong expertise in ideation, design, and implementation of complex technology solutions, along with a demonstrated success in devising structured approaches to business application solutions. Experience in mentoring and providing guidance to junior analysts is highly valued. The successful candidate will possess excellent project coordination, planning, and delivery skills, and demonstrate proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the technology business analyst team. Mentor and assist junior analysts in their professional growth
• Collaborate with senior management to develop technology strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead the process of solution ideation, defining high-level objectives, and evaluating potential solutions
• Develop detailed and comprehensive solution design documents, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility
• Create a strategic roadmap for selected solutions, considering long-term goals and scalability
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating the technical aspects, risks, and benefits of solutions
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure all solutions meet quality standards, budget constraints, and delivery timelines
• Efficiently allocate and manage resources, optimizing utilization for project success
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure ISO compliance, and CMMI processes guidelines observance

What you’ll bring along:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or Computer Sciences. Master’s degree from US will be preferred
• 2-3 years of proven experience in technology business analysis
• Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to think strategically and align technology solutions with broader business objectives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex issues and propose effective solutions
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Agile and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
