We in Tharwah are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OD Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design and develop an integrated process and tools to run efficient and qualified deliverables to enhance the client's long-life relationships, work under the senior consultant's supervision to develop the solutions that enable Tharwah's clients to solve the strategic, organizational, and operational obstacles and obstructions by diagnosing and delivering integrated solutions for its Problems and Pains.


Tasks and responsibilities
. Support in analyzing current organizational processes and structures for improvement opportunities.
. Collaborate with the senior / consultant to understand business objectives and align project deliverables accordingly.
. Conduct needed research through various methods (data collection, surveys, etc.)
. Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational needs, challenges, and goals. Build strong relationships with clients.
. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to organizational development initiatives.
. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
. Participate in conducting organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
. Collect and analyze data through surveys, interviews, and observations to gain insights into organizational dynamics.
. Participating in various organizational development activities, such as "analyzing organizational structures and recommending changes to optimize efficiency, collaboration, and decision-making, Assisting in redesigning job roles, workflows, reporting relationships, development of workforce plans, etc."
. Support in formulating strategic and practical plans to address organizational development matters of the clients.
. Participating in planning and developing the techniques to drive change and culture management with Tharwah clients.
. Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices
. Assessing the senior /consultant in the development of strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
. Coordinate projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality deliverables.
. Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and best practices in organizational development.
. Share knowledge and insights with clients to drive continuous improvement.
. Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas.
. Assessing the senior /consultant in the development of strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
. Coordinate projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality deliverables.
. Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and best practices in organizational development.
. Share knowledge and insights with clients to drive continuous improvement.
. Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas.

RequirementsRequirements:
  • BSc. /BA in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum 1- 3 years of experience in HR, OD and/or consulting-related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet).
  • Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting with new people daily.
  • Analytical ability is required to gather and summarize data reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.
  • Continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, multi-tasking, organizing, and meeting deadlines
  • ​Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
