Position Overview
As CEO, you'll be the architect of our success. You'll bring an entrepreneurial spirit, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for empowering both employers and trade/service workers. This is a hands-on Co-Founder role offering the chance to build a high-growth company and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
Verification Champion: Lead the development and execution of a robust verification process, ensuring the skills of all trade and service workers on the platform are rigorously assessed and validated.
Strategic Visionary: Develop and implement a compelling strategy that positions us as the leading resource for hiring verified trade and service workers in the GCC.
Market Leader: Possess deep understanding of the GCC labor market, particularly the challenges employers face in finding reliable trade and service personnel with verifiable skills.
Operational Excellence: Lead efficient platform operations, optimizing candidate sourcing, verification procedures, onboarding, and employer matching.
Client Focus: Cultivate strong relationships with both employers and job seekers, addressing their needs and delivering exceptional experiences through verified talent solutions.
Technology Advocate: Collaborate with tech teams to continuously enhance our platform's functionality, data capabilities, and user-friendliness for both employers and workers.
Team Builder: Attract, develop, and inspire a team committed to our mission, fostering a culture of innovation and performance excellence.
Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies, training institutes, and other ecosystem players to ensure a steady pipeline of verified trade and service workers.
Qualifications
Must-Haves
Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter, passionate about building a company from the ground up.
Leadership Experience: Proven success in senior roles. Roles within recruitment, HR tech, or workforce development are a valuable asset, yet not necessary.
Verification Expertise: Deep understanding of skills assessment methodologies and commitment to building a robust verification system.
GCC Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the GCC labor market, particularly the demand for trade and service workers.
